Dancing is Ageless. We were treated to a very special birthday Salsa dance this weekend at Salsa Duello in Vancouver. A sister event co run by Salsa Studio Vancouver.

Inge is a joyful dancer who has just turned 90 years old. We surprised her with a birthday dance that was both fun and inspiring to all of us. If this doesn't inspire everyone to get off the couch and start dancing I don't know what will.
